HEATHER IS A REGISTERED YOGA TEACHER THROUGH YOGA ALLIANCE.  SHE COMPLETED HER TRAINING AT SEMPERVIVA YOGA THROUGH THE 200-HOUR TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM.

heather is a master's level trained registered nurse who has been practicing since 1997.  She has specialized in spinal cord injury and emergency nursing.  she now teaches at the college level and specializes in vascular surgery and reconstructive orthopaedics.
